Join Samantha Jones - Yoga, Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach - at the Royal Country Club for a fantastic new fitness package available for all ages, golfing & fitness levels.
The Yoga For Golfers programme will incorporate strength and flexibility; balance and core conditioning and breathing awareness with relaxation, aspects which are all essential for golf performance.
This package is also open to non golfers as Yoga is a wonderful complement to anyone's health and fitness regime.
Ladies Only Classes
Sunday & Wednesday afternoons from 2pm to 3pm starting Wednesday 1st February
Mixed Classes for Working Golfers
Saturday mornings from 10am to 11am and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm starting Wednesday 1st February
Cost
Members BD 45 / Non Members BD 50 for eight sessions over a four week period.
